Easy to use and rugged, that's the Motorola MOTOTRBO™ R2 Portable Two Way Radio! A workhorse with easy operation and great ergonomics. The R2 provides ruggedness and durability while offering the versatility you need, plus all the MOTOTRBO features in an analog or analog/digital package for your daily business operations.

The Motorola R2 is available in UHF or VHF with 64 channels, superior audio and long battery life. With up to 4 watts of power (UHF) or 5 watts (VHF), the R2 provides the coverage needed for great voice communications in many business environments. It's also repeater capable, allowing even greater coverage as your operation expands. The R2 features Dual Capacity Direct Mode, Dual Priority Scan, Enhanced Privacy (digital only), and Voice Announcement.

Choose either the analog or digital versions. The digital version uses Motorola's popular DMR standards and is narrowbanding compliant.

It is also quite rugged. The R2 is MIL-Spec C, D, E, F, G, H and rated IP55 for dust and water protection.

The Motorola MOTOTRBO™ R2 comes with antenna, your choice of 1200 mAh SLIM or 2300mAh high capacity Li-ion rechargeable battery pack, belt clip, drop-in charger tray, AC adapter and a one year manufacturer warranty.
